As a Kitty Concierge, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every feline guest and their human parents receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience during their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcome: Greet arriving guests and their feline companions with a friendly and warm demeanor, making them feel instantly at home.
• Guest Check-in: Handle the check-in process efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and that specific requests or preference are noted.
• Check-Out Process: Ensure a smooth and efficient check-out process, bidding farewell to our guests and expressing gratitude for choosing our hotel.
• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of cat suites, common areas, playrooms, and all other parts of the hotel to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment.
• Feeding and Watering: Ensure all cats receive their meals and fresh water according to their specific dietary requirements and schedules.
• Litter Box Management: Regularly clean and change litter boxes to maintain a clean and odor-free atmosphere.
• Playtime and Interaction: Engage in play sessions and provide affectionate interactions with the cats, ensuring they feel loved and cared for during their stay.
• Observing Health and Behavior: Monitor the health and behavior of our feline guests, reporting any concerns to the management or veterinary team promptly.
• Administering Medication: Be able to administer medication whether it is pills, subcutaneous, or insulin shots.
• Laundry: Handle the washing and drying of cat bedding, towels, and other linens used in the facility.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of each cat’s activities, meals, and health observations.
• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of cat suites, common areas, playrooms, and all other parts of the hotel to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment. Also, clean and set-up rooms as needed for Early Bird Check-In and Lazy Cat Check-Out guests.

Requirements:

• Passion for Cats: Display a genuine love for cats and a profound understanding of their behavior and needs.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is highly valued.
• Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with cat parents and team members effectively.
• Empathy and Patience: A compassionate approach to handling both feline guests and their human companions, exhibiting patience and understanding.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate a proactive and resourceful attitude when addressing guest inquiries or concerns.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Our feline guests require care and attention 7 days a week.
• Experience: Vet technician and customer facing experience a plus.
• Transportation: There may be a situation where a kitty may need emergency care. We require that a vehicle be available on-site in case a trip to the emergency room needs to happen.
