• Be a trusted leader in cutting edge technologies and innovations (Data/AI) to deliver world class solutions to WinWire customers.
• Provide excellent customer experience through WinWire s onsite-offshore delivery process & smooth execution of the projects.
• Support WinWire s Delivery/Program/Account Directors towards the overall growth goal of the account.
• Build rapport with the customer, partner (Microsoft) and implementation team members and provide all the necessary support for their success.

Outcome:

• Project assigned starts and stays GREEN.
• <= 1 customer escalation per quarter (Should detect situations which would lead to escalation proactively and resolve it proactively much before it can become formal escalation).
• Average CSAT score of >= 4
• Zero-defect (critical defects) delivery.

• Solutioning: Work with Technical Architects and Customer team to envision solution/ implementation roadmap. Contribute and guide the discussion to arrive at optimal solution for given customer problem statement.

Job Description:

• WinWire technologies is looking for a Technical Program Manager to manage products for Digital Transformation Agency as a Leader for building products aligned to the overall delivery assurance.
• Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead customer projects and will provide thought leadership to customers and project teams from both technology, project and product management aspects with a clear goal of delivery excellence.
• TPM must look for and provide Value Add and enable new business opportunities, support the account team for overall growth of the account.
• TPM is expected to manage customer communication efficiently and resolve conflict (both internal and external).
• Manage and drive review meetings with internal and external stakeholders (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
• Mentor and coach, the respective practice/delivery team members. TPM must have played technology role (Architect/ Lead/ Engineer) role where she/he has led the design/implementation of software products.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate Thought Leadership in discussions with business partners to ensure delivery of the most effective solutions for the identified business objectives.
• Must have worked on several (at least 5 ) projects building products leveraging AWS Services using Frontend Technologies (Typescript) and API Development using NodeJS.
• Has extensive experience in building products for organizations preferably start-ups.
• Understand customer product engineering process and collaborate with engineering teams to build features prioritized as per product roadmap.
• Conduct regular connects with the customer s point-of-contact for project feedback/issues/ escalation and establishing a good relationship.
• Prepare weekly status reports and review them with Delivery Director/Account Manager.
• Participate in all the weekly project status review meetings with the customer.
• Track & own all the Internal & External Issues and Risks at the project level and bring it up during the Account and Quality reviews.
• Own project escalation review meetings and provide necessary inputs to the account team for speedy closure of the escalation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others from any functional area or background, to influence thinking and gain acceptance.
• Track onboarding, training and joining of resources (FTE/ Contract) hired for the engagement.
• Carry out 1:1 with team members to gather inputs and provide constructive feedback for growth.
• Provide inputs to L&D team on training needs specific to customer.

Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science or related stream from a reputable institution.
• 10 years of total IT experience with at least 8 years working in product-based organizations with focus on Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience working in an Onsite-Offshore model.
• Building products leveraging AWS Services using Frontend Technologies (Typescript) and API Development using NodeJS.
• Superior problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, influencing, communicating, and consulting skills, team/interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills; works well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage & drive projects with metrics and data, create structure and templates as necessary for project reviews.
• Ability to effectively drive execution and own responsibility for overall success of projects.
