JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• Ag-related degree or Ag Equipment Product Support experience
• Ag background strongly preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years of Ag Equipment Service experience with solid mechanical capabilities
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Ag products and systems over phone with customers
• Solid computer technology skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, data transfer and general computer skills
• Strong focus on customer service with ability to help customers resolve equipment issues effectively and efficiently
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Some sales ability will be beneficial
• Good time management skills
• Ability to travel, periodically, to customer site
• Ability to work extended hours occasionally, including some weekend shifts and on-call

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an Ag Product Support Specialist for an organization based in the Upper Midwest to provide online and phone support to their Ag Equipment customer base.

Ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical background with ability to field customer questions for their Ag Equipment.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience operating and / or repairing fertilizer spreaders / application equipment.

Primary duties to include :

• Providing post-sale service and technical support to Ag Equipment customers to include problem solving, troubleshooting and resolution over the phone
• Maintaining a high-level knowledge of product offerings and service procedures
• Assisting field service technicians and shop personnel with technical support
• Providing out-of-shop component repairs on-site on occasion
• Setting up Job Orders with field service technicians and assisting with Work Order as is necessary
• Interacting with service management personnel
• Performing QC call backs and recording customer feedback
• Working with parts department to fill parts needs for Field Repair Work Orders
• Working with warranty department in completion of Warranty Work Order claims
