We are currently hiring an Operations Clerk to work out of our office located in Mira Loma, CA. This position will report directly to the Terminal Manager and provide various administrative support to the Dispatch department. The Operations Clerk is an hourly, non-exempt position and may require the candidate to work after hours, weekends, and holiday when necessary to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

Shuttling drivers and other duties assigned

Enter exceptions codes into TMW that are noted on load sheets and/or Delivery Receipts

Assist drivers with load changes

Print paperwork

Scan documents into synergize

Assist with dealer inquiries, customer inquiries and answer phones.

Support Dispatchers, Operations Supervisor and Terminal Manager with duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Highly organized and ability to multi-task

· Attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Knowledge in Excel software preferred

· Ability to work in a high paced environment
