We have an immediate job opportunity for a Fleet Service Specialist for our Smyrna Terminal.

Responsibilities:
· Order, receive, and ensure proper stocking levels for parts, tires, and supplies for assigned shop/terminal.
· Maintain parts room, storage of parts.
· Manage core return program.
· Control warranty part return.
· Stock shelves.
· Assist technicians with parts look up.
· Maintain inventory cycle counts/ annual physical count.
· Code and approve invoices for timely payments.
· Manage outside maintenance vendors/ supplier.
· Schedule rigs in for required service.
· Enter outside vendor repair orders to ensure accurate unit repair history.
· Issue purchase orders on all approved vendor work.
· Code and process vendor invoices for timely payments.

Qualifications:
· High school Diploma or GED required.
· One to two years of prior automotive/ heavy duty parts experience preferred, either from a retail parts outlet or a dealership setting.
· Must be a customer oriented, initiative taking team player.
· Must be computer proficient (Microsoft office, Teams, Excel, and Outlook).
· Must be available to work in both an office setting and heavy-Duty Truck shop environment.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Well organized, punctual, attention to details, responsible.
