Hanover R.S. Limited Partnership is Hiring a Leasing Consultant - Hanover Hollywood Near Los Angeles, CA

Hanover Company is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant for Hanover Hollywood, a luxury apartment community in Los Angeles. The development is located at 6200 Sunset Blvd, steps away from the historic intersection of Hollywood and Vine. Hanover Hollywood features well-designed apartment homes which include chef-styled kitchens, spa-like bathrooms, oversized walk-in closets and generous living spaces. Community amenities include an expansive resort-style pool, outdoor dining by the fire pit, an all-inclusive fitness center, a dedicated green space and more!

Leasing Consultants will assist with tasks associated with managing and overseeing the property operations at the site level.

  • General leasing duties, including but not limited to any customer interaction ensuring all activity is recorded and proper steps are followed applicably. This also includes proper management of the Dashboard in the management software to ensure all follow ups, requested contacts, and pending interactions are addressed daily or as needed.
  • Establish a rapport and marketing relationship with major corporations, local businesses, preferred employers, and any other related companies to be competitive with the market.
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of our Rental Application, Rental Agreement (Lease), Rules and Regulations, Making Life Easy Maintenance Package, and other Lease Documents as required by your state or local ordinance to discuss in detail with the new resident. All documents should be processed prior to move in with the Property Manager’s final approval of all screening and documents.
  • Prepare and forecast all advertising materials needed with the Property Manager’s direction. Acquire an extensive knowledge of the property, market conditions and competition’s rental rates, concessions, occupancy, and leased percentages.
  • Assist the Property Manager in maintaining the property’s overall curb appeal and appearance by way of inspection compliance in line with the Tour Route Readiness Standard. This includes walking available units, models, and the tour path daily to ensure a perfect product and report any liability problems noticed immediately.
  • Resident interaction including but not limited to assisting with renewals, transfers, or move-outs. Maintain a resident retention plan by contacting lease renewals at least 60 days in advance and use the renewal spreadsheet for these purposes.
  • Maintain resident relations programs as defined by supervisors with required monthly resident events, meeting or exceeding expectations for social media content, survey responses and online reputation.
  • Strive for Five by meeting the required expectations for secret shops, both individually as well as assisting the Property Manager with the team compliance.
  • Review and respond accordingly to any inquiries from the Global Service and Support Team to improve overall property operations.
  • Adhere to reporting schedule as identified by the Regional Manager, Property Manager, Accounting, and any other necessary departments to meet Management and Equity Partner requirements.
  • Perform any and all duties called upon by supervisors to ensure that property operates in an efficient and economic manner.
  • Represent property and Hanover professionally through dress and behavior. 

Required Skills and Abilities:Ability to complete work according to deadlines. Attention to detail, specifically spelling and grammar. Knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software preferred.

Software Skills:Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Teams, and others as needed
