POSITION SUMMARY:
The Production Team Lead provides leadership and effectively manages production processes and team members under their area of supervision while complying with company policy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required. A 2-year degree preferred. Or combination of experience and education.
- Prior experience in a team leader role in manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Assists in supervising production team members in assigned area.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
•Plant work environment with fluctuations in temperature (hotter in the summer, cooler in the winter).
•Exposure to certain noise levels and bright lights.
•Required to wear company-issued personal protective equipment such as steel toe shoes, glasses, gloves, etc.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
•Lifting up to 50 lbs with or without assisting.
•Standing /Walking for extended periods.
•Sitting for extended periods.
•Ability to stay focused for extended periods of time.
•Ability to multitask.
•Ability to analyze information, identify problems.
