**Job Description:**

As a Waitress/ Waiter , you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and seating guests in a prompt and friendly manner

- Presenting menus and making recommendations to enhance the dining experience

- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and conveying them to the kitchen staff

- Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently

- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns

- Handling payments and processing transactions accurately

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests

- Assisting with cleaning and setting up tables as needed

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a waitress/ waiter or in a customer service role is preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
