Hannah Restoration is a growing, full-scale restoration and remediation company currently serving middle Tennessee. We specialize in property restoration involving water, fire, smoke or other property damage. We are currently seeking to fill a full time Mitigation Tech position and be a part of our growing team.

•Pay Rate: Hourly Pay is based on experience

•You must pass a drug screening and successfully complete a background check

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Water Tech duties include, but are not limited to, demolition, use of hand and power tools, structural drying applications and monitoring, mold remediation, general labor, site safety and management, documentation of project details and progression. These duties are typically completed during a time of distress and displacement for our customers therefore communication and customer satisfaction are critical responsibilities shared by a Water Tech. Position Requirements:

• Effective written and oral communication
• Basic math skills High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Must be able to lift loads up to 100 pounds
• Use power tools
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Construction, plumbing, electrical background is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
