Responsibilities:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform general construction tasks such as digging, trenching, and leveling.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on site.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a laborer or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
