Qualifications

• Preferably live within 20 minutes of the venue
• Have the ability to lift 60 pounds or more continually during setup, climb ladders, and move quickly
• Execute assigned general labor tasks efficiently and effectively
• Possess creative problem-solving skills for adapting setups to fit spaces
• Flexibility to work varying schedules based on event demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• No experience necessary – just bring your enthusiasm and we’ll show you the ropes

Responsibilities

• Position is "as needed" - based on booked event days - with most hours being on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sundays), and may require late nights (10pm-12am) or early mornings (7am-10am)
• *There will be times when the shift is a quick, easy shift, and others that will require more time and effort depending on the season and size of event
• You must be available on weekends, late nights, and early mornings as needed (Primarily during peak season - March-June, Sept-Dec)

• As a member of our Event Setup Team, you will work with a fun and energetic Events team to transform our event spaces.
• Set up and dismantle chairs, tables, large decor, and any other equipment as necessary.
• Setup Crew is responsible for setting up the venue based upon provided diagrams
• Flipping the event space and moving tables/chairs during events
• Resetting or breaking down furniture into storage after events
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the storage area
• Assisting in property maintenance tasks such as courtyard raking, property blowing, and trash pickup and removal
• Farm and equestrian experience is a plus, but not necessary by any means! (Event Venue also functions as a private equine estate and working horse farm)
• Performing other duties as assigned by Venue Manager on an as-needed basis

Job Types: Temporary, Contract, Seasonal

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
