Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations. This position requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Fabricate parts and components as needed
- Welding and soldering as required
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CNC Machinery is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills:
- Strong maintenance skills including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
- Proficient in electrical systems, wiring, and controls
- Ability to fabricate parts using various tools and equipment
- Knowledge of CMMS software for work order tracking and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide other team members when necessary
- Customer service-oriented mindset
