EARNING POTENTIAL 9-14K MONTHLYSUMMARY:

The Product Specialists Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00 and $16.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Handle all incoming phone leads Respond to customers in a professional well-spoken manner Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointments for a proper vehicle demonstration Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).Ability to read, speak and understand English. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time. Physical ability to use computer hardware/software. Team player with a positive attitude.
