This positioin is responsible for accurately pulling customer requested orders and sourcing replacements in the Pick to Light pulling module areas 1 through 4, maintains a productive work pace, and completes projects as assigned, in a productive and accurate manner. Ensures quality and making sure the efficiency and accuracy standards are being met.

Position starts at $16.75 per hour, offers PAID breaks and lunches and is eligible for increases based on efficiency!

Monitors, investigates, and resolves problem totes/orders that arrive in the QC Lane. Responsible for resolution of “Hold” orders and act as a liaison between Pulling and Customer Service, Inventory Control and Production Planning in order to resolve garment availability. Monitor and maintain the “Hold” section of the Hot list for any orders in the 500 queue. Reweigh garments that consistently divert down the QC Lane.

Responsibilities

• Documentation of QC, availability, weight check and hold order issues
• Work directly with QC Lead on problem order resolution
• Verify work integrity and customer satisfaction by monitoring the hold orders
• Audit each tote as it arrives in the QC Lane and correct and document problem totes and orders
• Label and distribute corrected totes to appropriate consolidation lanes
• Document puller errors and discrepancies
• Assist consolidation
• Directly communicate with the Customer Service, Inventory Control and Production Planning in order to resolve, “Hold” and garment availability issues.
• Maintenance of the Pulling Hold Log
• Process high volume of work with little if any assistance
• Problem resolution of totes and orders
• Monitor and resolve all Hot or past ship orders on the “Hold” section of the Hot List
• Reconcile the Pulling Hold Log, the Hold tote area and the Hot List daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, not required
• Experience preferred, not required
• Effective oral and written communication skills
