Hanes Total Healthcare Center is a Chiropractic/Physical Therapy office offering dry needling, massage therapy and nutrition. We are professional, rewarding and fast-paced. We have been serving patients for 50 years in Chillicothe, Ohio.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the front desk
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with patient registration and intake forms
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or complaints

Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records

This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong customer service skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
