Handyman Remodeling Service is Hiring a Handyman Near Salt Lake, UT
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Install or assemble new fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Maintain accurate records and photos of completed work
- Collaborate with the Sales Team for job bookings
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Must have sufficient experience in some or most of the following:
- Tree trimming
- Sprinkler maintenance and repair
- Gutter cleaning
- Furniture assembly
- Holiday light hanging
- Caulking
- Shelving Installation
- Picture furniture hanging/TV Mounting
- Home Curb Numbering
- Drywall Repair
- Touchup Painting
- Clearing Drain Clogs
- Moving Out Touch Up Services
- Plumbing and electrical faucet and fixture repair and replacement (including toilets, showers, sinks, lights, etc.)
- Drywall installation and repair
- Repairing damaged gutters
- Patching and painting
- Baseboard, door casing, and weather stripping
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Note: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
