Bakery Assistant (Part-Time & Full-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing beverages and desserts, including tea, coffee, and ice cream, according to customer orders (training provided).
• Package and label bakery products to ensure freshness and proper presentation for sale.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote food safety and a positive customer experience.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and processing payments accurately.
• Learn to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, with or without supervision (training provided).
• Adhere to all food safety standards and protocols to maintain a healthy and hygienic environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience or a strong interest in working in a bakery setting is a plus.
• Basic math skills for measurements and accurate cash handling are essential.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks in a moderately paced environment is key.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service focus are required. Fluency in Korean is a valuable asset.
• Familiarity with Square POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
• No formal education required.
