HANDS ON ABA LLC has immediate openings for full-time (20-35 hours/week) and part-time (less than 20 hours/week) Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) positions across Las Vegas to join our team. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to provide behavior intervention to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our staff works with children in a 1:1 (one on one) setting in home and community settings. Behavior technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Availability to work Monday-Friday

Preferred but not required

- Minimum of 12 hours of college credit in ABA, Psychology, Education, or other related fields

- Bachelor's degree

- Spanish speaking

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification -- (If you don't have it yet we can help but it will be required to start working)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18 - $25.00 per hour (Depends on education/experience in field)
