Assistant Purchasing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, Receive and Monitor Purchase Orders
• Complete inventory counts, organization of the parts areas
• Ensuring the smooth functioning of the warehouse, the shipping and receiving functions, and all material handling duties.
• Responsible for fleet management (service vans)
• Performing any other duties or tasks as may be assigned from time to time by management.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in purchasing and/or inventory
• Customer communication experience
• Organization skills and ability to monitor and prioritize numerous projects at once.
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Regularly required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in working with limited supervision and able to make independent decisions.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
