Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Omaha is seeking Client Experience Associates. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding !

We understand having a busy schedule and we are here to help! We offer various shifts to work with your lifestyle (not against it) with the necessity of a friendly and stable work environment. Pay Range: $14 to $19 Per Hour (includes hourly pay membership commission)

As a member of our Client Experience team, you are on the front lines of the spa's business. Your most important responsibility is to create an amazing experience for every guest you interact with on the phone and in the spa. In a typical day, you can expect to:
- Create a great experience during every guest interaction while building meaningful relationships.
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of our menu of services- we have great training to get you to expert status
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Perform various other duties as assigned
- Have a passion for helping and building relationships with clients.
- Are capable of working flexible hours
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude to work
- Are exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
- Are a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Enjoy working toward sales goals and membership quotas.
