Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Estero, FL is now hiring an experienced spa sales manager who has successfully led daily execution in operations, recruiting, team leadership, and financial performance. This is a sales role and the main focus will be inidividual manager's sales and team's sales.

• This position is salary based with a range of $50,000 to $65,000 and is bonus eligible.

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 3 years’ experience leading customer facing sales teams in a spa, salon, wellness, or retail environment.
• Relays sales goals to team and can track and influence performance.
• Creates a safe, motivational, and productive culture and work environment.
• Understands employee and guest satisfaction and can create and implement sales strategy to address needs.
• Has experience recruiting and understands the different roles and responsibilities of each team member and how they relate to overall sales performance.
