What to Expect as a Spa Sales Associate at Hand and Stone North Fayette :

This is primarily a sales position focused on membership conversion.

• Provide excellent customer service to members / guests
• Welcome and greet members / guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, educate clients on lifestyle program to become members of our spa, gift cards sales and upgrades with massage and facial appointments.
• Follow proper filing procedures / file maintenance
• Promote health / wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Strong Computer skills
• Provide excellent customer service to members / guests
