Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for responsible, dependable, energetic, and friendly individuals to join our team!

To be successful in this position you must have an outgoing personality and truly enjoy communicating with our guests!

This is a sales position with a focus on memberships and gift cards. Because this is a sales position your hourly base pay will be tier based, $10-$11 an hour plus commission for the memberships you do sell and bonuses we run during the year for gift cards.

This is a sales position and you will have weekly goals we will need you to meet.

Job Responsibilities:

- Sell memberships and gift cards

- Educate our guests on the different upgrades and services we provide.

- Perform opening and closing duties depending on your shift to help keep our spa clean.

- Scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person - Attends and participates in all general and team meetings.
