Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Allen is looking for an energetic Spa Sales Associate: an enthusiastic individual who knows how to communicate and loves interacting with people. This is a customer service and sales job.

The ideal candidate should enjoy meeting new people, be able to present and promote ideas and services, and should know how to handle rejection and turn into an opportunity. This opportunity is a great chance to learn and grow in your career.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests of the spa
• Answer phone and and book guest appointments. Responsible for explaining and selling spa services over the phone
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon their arrivalUpsell services to guests who visit the spa
• Sell spa memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

The primary Qualifications and Requirements:

• Sales/customer service experience is preferred but not required. We will teach and train the right candidate
• A passion for people and sales/customer service - this is a must to have. If you are hesitant in talking with new people and have no interest in making others feel special then please don't apply!
• High level of enthusiasm - if you are a positive uplifting person, you would be a great fit in our team
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials - it would help if you already know the importance of taking care of your body and skin
