JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:
The Lending Services Risk Regulatory Program Manager is responsible for building control requirements and processes necessary for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive compliance and risk program for Lending Services, in conjunction with the Director, Lending Services Risk. This includes identifying areas of potential risk, assessing the level of risk, determining any systemic implications, and developing controls to resolve and mitigate risks.This position ensures system applications used by Lending Services are designed to functionally comply with Regulatory Risk and Hancock Whitney Bank Policies and Procedural guidelines. The compliance and risk program includes, but not limited to the coordination and execution of internal First Line of Defense internal reviews, Regulatory examinations, Corporate Compliance Reviews, self-assessments, risk assessments, and review/development of policies and procedures to ensure conformity and adherence with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Should be carried out in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable laws; Provides guidance and oversight to and is responsible for the coordination and evaluation of the assigned team. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring and training associates; planning, assigning and directing work; performance management; associate compensation; approving expense reports; addressing concerns and resolving problems.
