Responsibilities:
- no access without lockout boundaries - stored energy hazards (steam, & heat , fans) - has knowledge of material safety data sheets(loc.posted) - understands & follows lock-out & procedures (posted) - elect. Panels free of clutter & unobstructed - fire extinguishers unobstructed - fall protection boundaries & use of fall protection - lift practices, calls for assistance in heavy lifting situations - is self aware, phys. & mentally & aware of others as well,Take Two - understands fire evacuation procedures, (posted) - knows safety and mission statements, (posted) - wears required PPE, (posted) - trained in confined space procedures - ergonomic, uses good posture and body mechanics - forklift oper. are trained, licensed, & oper. Safely, (posted) - no OSHA recordable injuries in last 6 months - no disciplinary actions for safety violations in last 6 months

Skills:
- Proficient in operating a forklift and other material handling equipment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and order picking processes
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order tracking
- Mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on the forklift
