RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for greeting patients, obtaining required information to include insurance and identification, answering phones and transferring call appropriately, registering and scheduling patients in electronic health record, collecting payments and preparing any additional items as requested for patient appointments for patient visits for all hospital departments.

HOURS :

Full-time, 80 hours a pay period, Shifts will be 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm, Monday-Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Experience in a health care setting preferred. Must be able to multi-task and handle frequent interruptions. Must be able to build positive working relationship.
