- Manage and oversee all real estate GIS transactions
- Develop and implement effective GIS system strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to County departments the public
- Conduct geospatial research and analysis to stay informed of local industry trends
- Ensure compliance with transfer and conveyance regulations
- Coordinate data sets for real estate functions
- Monitor Auditor's website for accurate publication of records

Experience:

- Proven experience in GIS software
- Strong knowledge of operational systems, data sets
- Familiarity with real estate operation, deeds, surveys, plats, legal descriptions
- Understanding of real estate assessing dynamics
