Hanai Household Helpers is Hiring a Part-Time Household Helper for Busy Working Professionals Near Kailua, HI

We are two busy working professionals looking for a reliable and efficient part-time household helper to assist us 2-3 times a week, for 2-3 hours each time. The ideal candidate will help us keep our home organized and running smoothly, allowing us to focus on our demanding careers. The main responsibilities will include laundry, cleaning (including bathrooms and kitchen), meal preparation, running errands (such as grocery shopping), and managing appointments for household needs. We do not require pet care, child care, outdoor gardening, or home maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping in all areas of the home.
  • Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes.
  • Assist in kitchen duties, such as meal preparation and cleaning up after meals.
  • Perform errands, primarily grocery shopping, and other household necessities.
  • Schedule and manage appointments related to household maintenance and services.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with verifiable references.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
  • Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule, primarily working in the afternoons or early evenings.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for running errands.
