Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Parts Manager to join our team. As the parts manager, you will be responsible for every aspect of parts with regards to the auto body operation. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

• Ordering and receiving parts from multiple vendors and software systems.
• Checking in and inspection parts on arrival
• Invoicing and labeling parts.
• Inspecting parts for damage and defects.
• Distributing parts to technicians and necessary places
• Ability to return and check credits for returned parts.

Skills:

• Ability and experience to use CCC One, collision link, opstrax, and other parts managment/ordering software-
• Ability to communicate via phone to parts vendors and develop relationships.-
• Must be able to work as a team-
• Must be able to lift some boxes over 20lbs occasionally.-
• Experience in an auto body shop or dealer specifically in a parts department.

Compensation will be based on experience and skill level with room for growth in company. We are looking to fill this position asap.
