Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
• Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
• Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
• Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
• managing projects, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, and leading the service delivery team.
• expected to identify customer issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders.
• Must be able to understand Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW)
• Should be able to understand scope of work, deliverables, and deadlines of a project.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering sector is highly preferred.
