Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. Maintains a positive company image by being courteous and professional in all situations with customers and employees.

Retail Sales Associate Immediate Supervisor: Department Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

· Provide superior customer service by being prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable of assigned area

· Straighten and maintain assigned area

· Stock new merchandise and monitor back stock

· Merchandise, arrange and display merchandise to attract customer attention and stimulate sales activity

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

· Assist Supervisor with signage

· Operate cash register as needed

· Assist team members and help in other areas as directed by supervisor or management.

Qualifications

· Be willing to work a flexible schedule

· Ability to bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time

· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis

· Must be 16 years or older
