Hamra Marketing Community Coordinator

Must live around Springfield. You will work out of your home, but will be asked from time-to-time to support events in and around Springfield, MO.

Hamra Fundraising Program is up 34% YOY thru P9. This program generated $201K net sales in 2022 and has the potential to bring in more in 2024 with more consistent email marketing and new leads generation for marketing. We are a franchise of Wendy's, Panera, Noodles and Company and operate 200 locations in 11 states.

Role and Responsibilities

· Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

· Detail oriented and accurate (Responsible for calculation of donations that vary by brand and event total, check requests amounts, plus all brands’ fundraiser master event dates schedule and past sales tracking)

· Self-motivating

· Comfortable with online databases and data entry

· Expertise in Excel (maintaining and creating custom reports)

· Ability use MS Word Mail Merge to create custom fundraiser flyers.

· Ability to pull store sales reports (NCR, etc.) as needed.

· Empathy, good communication, and problem-solving are core skills to act as a liaison between

· Operations and guests to resolve conflicts/guest concerns.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Skills and drive to research new fundraiser target and contact/follow-up to build sales.

This position will be based out of your own home. We will provide a computer and monitor. You must have fast-speed internet and a phone with 5G connection. This is a 40-hour position, Monday through Friday during business hours. If you have a child, child must have alternative care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
