We are growing and currently have 198 stores in multiple markets across the U.S. We are looking for Facilities Tech’s currently in the Southern New Hampshire area. We need self-sufficient qualified Techs who can ensure that our restaurants are maintained properly within an approved budget and to high company standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
I. Responsibilities:
· Work with a facility team that exceeds industry standards. Instill the Hamra core values, conducting business honorably, with dignity, fairly, yet never losing sight of the company’s best interests.
· Supporting the real estate and development team in the field on facilities, new store build outs and remodels.
· Supporting / reviewing all facilities processes to deliver the most accurate information and highest level of quality at the most economical costs possible.
· Assist in setting standards for facilities budgets, timelines, team communication, project management and accurate planning.
· Assist in developing and maintaining the best possible process, practices and leadership with the most qualified vendors compared to Hamra’s maintenance and repairs procedures. Ensuring accurate maintenance costs.
· Assist in planning maintenance and repair projects well and maintain all reporting tools ensuring all teams affected have the most accurate information on time.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
1. EPA certified (Universal license)
2. Advanced knowledge and certification in commercial refrigeration and HVAC.
3. At least 2 years experience in Commercial kitchen equipment repair.
4. Knowledge in electrical & refrigeration controls
5. Lead refrigeration technician experience (Must have lead foreman experience)
6. Knowledge in all types of commercial kitchen equipment and HVAC installation work.
7. Knowledge in commercial gas applications and service on all types of commercial kitchen equipment and RTU heating systems.
8. Knowledge in commercial electricity

these situations.
· Carry weight, lift, move, transport, position, put, install, remove; frequently moves boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
· Exposure hot/cold. Constantly exposed to low temperatures in walk-in freezer and cooler. Constantly exposed to high heat in walk-in oven, or wall mounted ovens.
