Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is Hiring a Dietary supervisor Near Southampton, NY
East-end skilled nursing facility is seeking Dietary Supervisors to oversee the department. Available shifts are : 5am - 1pm and 11 : 30am - 7 : 30pm.
Competitive salary and benefits. Some of the responsibilities are :
- Assist in providing quality food & an enjoyable dining experience for our residents and guests
- Help dietary staff during meal service
- Assist the management team in hiring, orientating, training, evaluating, and counseling of dietary staff and to promote professional growh and development
- Print daily meal ticket, production sheets, assignment sheets, etc
Requirements :
- High School diploma
- Previous experience as a dietary supervisor preferred
- A good command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to get along well with others
