Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As an Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide a friendly smile to each customer and help promotes products and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle customer inquiries,
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer needs

Experience:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills
- Multilingual abilities are an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of
- Experience in technology sales or product demos is desirable
- Bilingual proficiency is a bonus
