Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team at our hotel. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring that all food items are displayed attractively and are fully stocked
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, offering assistance as needed
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring that all items are fresh and replenished as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including cleaning tables, chairs, and countertops
- Clear tables and clean dishes promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Assist with food preparation, such as cutting fruits or preparing coffee
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Follow all safety and health regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic knife skills for food preparation tasks
- Culinary background or training is a bonus
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is an advantage
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
