The Hampton Inn Waynesburg is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator. Hotel experience is required.

The Sales Coordinator works directly with the Director of Sales and assists with all hotel sales and solicitation efforts.

The Sales Coordinator will handle all group room blocks. This position will also be responsible for conducting outside sales calls and handle all in-house meeting rooms.

Answering calls and documenting contact details, very detailed oriented.

Knowledge of Delphi, Pep and Traveliclick experience preferred but not required.

The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent computer skills. Requires knowledge of social media and the ability to create sales collateral through various programs. Being detail oriented and extremely organized is critical to success in this position.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.
