Job description

  • Performs repair and maintenance of facilities, guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Maintains building by performing basic repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical ,HVAC , painting and other related building maintenance activities as needed.
  • Prioritize work orders through urgent requests and established hotel-area down times in order to minimize inconveniencing guests.
  • Moves furniture, equipment and guest luggage as required.
  • Properly maintains inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies required for projects.
  • Provides timely and professional manpower assistance and backup to the Hotel.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work areas.
  • Install and replace basic electrical fixtures. Replace light switches, receptacles, light bulbs, and fixtures.
  • Handles chemicals according to hotel/regulatory safety requirements.
  • Maintains the condition of the hotel lobbies and restaurants Repairs furniture and decorations as necessary
  • Swimming Pool and Hot Tub maintenance
  • Snow Removal and parking lot maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.33 - $17.00 per hour
