Hampton Inn & Suites is looking for a full-time Front Office Manager to join our team!
Job Summary
The Front Office Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and employees in person and over the phone. This position will be responsible for answering phones, covering shifts along with the AGM, greeting guests, and managing incoming calls. The Front Office Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the front office, including cleaning, filing, and other administrative duties. We are looking for someone with open availability willing to do two-night shifts (Friday & Saturday) and three second shifts throughout the week (Monday, Wednesday, & Sunday).
