Hampton Inn & Suites is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Humble, TX

As a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent, your tasks will include but not limited to:

A Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

  • Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work
  • Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
  • Creating welcome letters

In Addition:

1. Creating 100% guest happiness by providing efficient and effective Front Desk service using the moments to create happiness with our guests: anticipate needs, humor, compliment, empathy, and unexpected delights

2.Team work and excellent communication with other team members, to ensure complete guest satisfaction

3. Show off your hospitality skills during working hours even through challenging times.

Physical Demands:

1. Must be able to be on your feet for entire shift.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
