Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Beach Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and hospitality. If you enjoy working outside next to a beautiful lakefront all while providing exceptional customer service, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain the beachfront of the Hampton Inn & Suites, Green Mill and DoubleTree by Hilton
- Clean and maintain back lawn areas, patios and docks
- Assist guests with paddle board, canoe, kayak and water trike rentals
- Engage with guests and provide information
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or related fields is preferred
- Lifeguard certification is a plus, but not required
- Experience working with children is highly desirable
- Strong public speaking skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
