We are seeking a versatile individual to join our team at Hampton Inn & Suites Fresno- Northwest in a unique hybrid role. As a Breakfast and Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences both in our breakfast area and laundry facilities. This role requires flexibility and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Breakfast Attendant (Weekends):

- Prepare and set up the breakfast area in accordance with brand standards and guidelines.

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with any inquiries or special requests.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service hours.

- Stock and replenish food and beverage items as needed.

- Ensure food safety standards are strictly adhered to, including proper handling and storage of food items.

- Monitor and maintain breakfast inventory levels, notifying management of any shortages or replenishment needs.

- Uphold a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests, providing assistance and guidance as required.

Laundry Attendant (Weekdays):

- Process and launder guest linens, towels, and other items in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.

- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently, including washers, dryers, and folding machines.

- Inspect linens for stains, tears, or other damage, taking appropriate action to address any issues.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, including storage areas and equipment.

- Monitor and track inventory of linens and supplies, notifying management of any shortages or replenishment needs.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.

- Assist with other housekeeping tasks and duties as needed, supporting the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles preferred.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
