Job Description:

• Prepare and display the hotels daily complimentary breakfast in accordance with the brand and health department guidelines.
• Follow FIFO (first in first out) method on all products.
• Ensures all food is at the correct temps
• Maintains the coffee bar during shifts
• Regularly replenish food and beverage offerings, cleaning the service area as needed to maintain a fresh and clean presentation of the serving line.
• Bus, clean, and sanitize tables and seating areas throughout shift to provide a clean and ready area for our guests.
• Wash, rinse, sanitize, dry, and put away all dishes at end of day
• Greet and engage with our guests; answer questions, address concerns and solicit feedback -find and offer appropriate solutions.
• Ensure that all food orders that arrive are put away
• Ensures all new product is dated and stored correctly
• Maintain organized and clean prep and storage rooms; report any maintenance concerns to management promptly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week

• Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
