Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the hotel/restaurant.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage and maintain the Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and payment transactions.
- Help develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Assist in scheduling staff, managing inventory, and ordering supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to enforce proper practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
