Hampton Inn & Conference Center is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Gardner, KS

Three Springs Hospitality Management is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our sales team!

The ultimate mission of this role will be to solicit, sell, and contract rooms for assigned market in coordination with transient demand patterns and existing group business to maximize hotel room and related revenues. To accomplish this the Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts and soliciting for new group sales accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and continuously update local market research.
  • Sell incremental room nights for assigned properties.
  • Develop and execute each hotel’s marketing plan.
  • Achieve and exceed the Revenue targets for the assigned properties.
  • Assess the market potential and develop new business opportunities while at the same time increasing revenues from existing customers.
  • Conduct and enhance public and community relations.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum high school diploma. Higher level education preferred.
  • 2 years sales experience, preferably hotel sales.
  • Willing to travel and must possess a valid driving license.
  • Due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry, the Sales Manager may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel, including but not limited to weekends and holidays.
  • Friendly customer service to brighten the day of our hotel guests.
  • Hospitality and guest focus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliability and honesty.
  • Teamwork and cooperation.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
