Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Responsibilities: - Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring that it is clean, well-stocked, and organized - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist guests with their food and beverage selections - Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, pastries, and hot/cold food items - Monitor food levels and replenish as needed - Clear tables and clean up spills or messes promptly - Follow all health and safety guidelines while handling food and beverages - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members - Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is an asset - Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as knives, coffee makers, toasters, etc. - Excellent phone etiquette skills for taking reservations or answering guest inquiries - Culinary background or experience in a restaurant setting is desirable but not mandatory - Valid driver's license for occasional delivery driver duties We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
