Job PurposeProvide Members and guests with friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and quality Tennis shop service. Duties And Responsibilities
Accurately reserve court times.
Ensure an accurate account of the transactions, collections, disbursements, daily reports, deposits and cash drawer/computer system.
Complete daily opening and closing checklists as outlined in the Tennis Manual.
Perform merchandising duties.
Manage and sell tennis shop merchandise to Members and club guests.
Gather a working knowledge of the club's policies and procedures in an effort to accurately inform the Members and club guests.
Perform any requested administrative duties.
Operate within all guidelines, policies, standards and constraints as established by Hampton Golf.
Performs other duties as requested.
QualificationsTwo years of tennis shop experience OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
