Tennessee National Golf Club is hiring Landscapers to join our Maintenance team!

$18 an hour OT available if desired; pay increases at 90 and 180 days

Part-time and Full-time positions available, Year-round (NOT Seasonal)

8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Job purpose

Responsible for installing landscape on new construction homesites including but not limited to irrigation, beds, plants, sod prep and some hardscapes.

Duties and responsibilities

• Prepares soil for planting beds and lawn areas.
• Plants trees, shrubs, turf grass and flowers.
• Operates mechanical equipment such as skid steer, mini skid, and utility vehicles.
• Obeys all safety procedures.
• Completes duties as directed by supervisor in a timely manner.
• Demonstrates courtesy to Members and Guests at all times.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Effective oral communication skills
• Positive Attitude
