Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces of the hotel - Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds - Ensure all rooms are stocked with amenities and supplies - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department - Follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and guest service - Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests - Assist with laundry and linen duties as needed Skills: - Experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Knowledge of floor care techniques is a plus - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is desirable Please note that this is a general overview of the responsibilities and skills required for the position of Hotel Housekeeper.
